  3. Shipment Notification: Once your package is handed over to the carrier, we will send you a shipment confirmation email. This email includes your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page.

Tracking Your Package

To track your order, please follow these simple steps:

  • Locate the shipment confirmation email from AinuKanto sent to your inbox. It contains your unique tracking number (e.g., a 13–22 digit code).
  • Visit a reliable third-party tracking service like 17Track (recommended) to monitor your package in real time.
  • Enter your tracking number into the search field and click “Track.” You will see the current status, location, and estimated delivery date.

17Track is a free, global package tracking platform that supports over 700 carriers. It provides detailed updates in multiple languages and is easy to use on both desktop and mobile devices.

How to use 17Track:

  1. Go to www.17track.net .
  2. Paste or type your tracking number into the search bar on the homepage.
  3. Click the “Track” button. The system will automatically detect the carrier and display your shipment’s progress.
  4. For ongoing updates, you can bookmark the page or enable email notifications (optional).

What to Do If You Have Issues
