1. User Agreement

By accessing or purchasing from AinuKanto (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. This Site offers Tops, Skirts, and Pants for sale to individual consumers. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent. All transactions are final upon order confirmation, and you are responsible for providing accurate shipping and payment information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including those with pricing errors or suspected fraud.

2. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AinuKanto and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or personal injury. Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the purchase price of that product. This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so the above may not apply to you.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The AinuKanto name and logo are trademarks and may not be used without permission.

4. Refund Policy

We accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees. Sale items, final sale items, and intimate apparel are not eligible for return. Exchanges are subject to availability; we recommend placing a new order for desired items.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tokyo, Japan.
